Does it cost your company money to use our services?
No. Our services are 100% free to you as long as you have less than 100 employees.
Although you specialize in health insurance, do you offer any other employee benefits?
Yes. We offer Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Long Term Care, and supplemental insurance. We also work closely with professionals that can offer you 401k options as well as liability insurance.
What happens after the benefits are set up?
The owner or Benefits Administrator now has access to our entire staff to assist throughout the year. We would handle new enrollments, terminations, changes, billing issues, etc. We also would hold employee meetings to communicate any changes or new offerings that are decided upon.
Do we have to stay with the carrier we select for a full year?
No. Any carrier can be changed at any time. All contracts are month to month although most rates are guaranteed for a full year.
Do clients of Eagle Group Planning get a human resource portal or is it something that can be purchased extra?
All clients get complimentary access to a human resource portal from anywhere. They can do anything from creating employee manuals to access legal and HR professionals for advice.
